Do I Need GrapheneOS to Use ShadowPhone?

Short Answer
No. You do not need GrapheneOS to use ShadowPhone. ShadowPhone works with Android phones without GrapheneOS, but GrapheneOS on supported Pixel devices is the recommended option when you want isolated profiles for multi-account operations.
When The Answer Changes
If you only need simpler single-account or one-account-per-phone workflows, GrapheneOS is not strictly required. If you want multi-profile isolation on a supported Pixel, GrapheneOS becomes much more valuable.
